The IRC Boken Light TLR is a lightweight tubeless-ready gravel tyre designed for riders who want a fast, comfortable, and capable tyre for gravel roads, mixed-surface riding, and long gravel adventures. In the 700 x 40C size, it gives riders extra volume and comfort compared with narrower gravel tyres, while still keeping a fast and efficient ride feel.

The tyre balances lightweight agility with robust durability, making it well suited to challenging gravel roads, hardpack, smoother dirt roads, paved transitions, and general mixed-surface gravel riding.
The Boken Light uses a smooth-rolling diamond-pattern centre tread to help reduce rolling resistance on straighter and faster sections. Side knobs provide additional grip and control when cornering, helping the tyre feel more confident when the surface becomes rougher or less predictable.
A thinner casing construction helps the tyre flex and conform to uneven surfaces, improving comfort and reducing rider fatigue on longer rides. An integrated puncture-resistant belt adds protection against flats and side cuts, while tubeless-ready construction allows the tyre to be set up tubeless on compatible rims for improved ride quality, lower rolling resistance, and added puncture protection.
