We love same day servicing, and are happy to accomodate your needs. Generally unless previously agreed we aim for a 24-hour turnaround, parts and additional work pending.
We aim to accurately quote a price when your bike is dropped off. If we can't do this, we'll do it as soon as possible and get in touch.
Our general margin for error is 10% — that is, if the bill is going to be 10% more than the quote, we will get in touch with you for approval.
We're a small shop, so we appreciate you picking up your completed bike as soon as you can!
Generally any bike left longer than 4 weeks (without prior approval) will attract a $20 per week storage fee.
